Parent’s Night Out will be hosted on Sunday, November 9th from 4-7 pm. We have a team of caregivings ready to help create an evening of fun, serve dinner, and make this a joyful night for your family. All proceeds from this event will benefit the High School Summer Service and Learning Trip to Maine.
Registration for this event will close on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at midnight.
Two items to note before you sign your children up
This event is only open to all families who call St. B’s their home church and children ages 0-12.
We are planning on serving pizza, fruit, and assorted snacks for dinner. If your child has food allergies, we are asking that they come with dinner and snacks from home to help us make this a safe eating opportunity for them.

Please provide one other emergency contact who is NOT a parent/guardian of the child.
Cancelation and Swapping Policy
If St. B’s cancels this event, you will be refunded your registration cost in the following week.
If your family needs to cancel their registration before November 5, you need to reach out to Alysha Moroni (amoroni@stbs.net) to let us know that your family will not be attending.
We are also unable to “swap” spots after you register your family for this event to another St. B’s family. We will cancel your registration and they will need to fill out their own registration to ensure we have the most accurate information for their family.
If your family needs to cancel their registration after Wednesday, November 5, you will forfeit the registration fee. We will not “swap” your registration with another family if you choose to cancel after November 5.
All of these policies are in place to help us maintain the highest level of Safe Church, Safe Communities standards for your family by ensuring we have proper volunteer ratios for all participants.
